Everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, the hotel is spotless, the staff were professional, helpful, and kind. My son and I loved it and will book again. All was flawless.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great compared to the old town, Königsallee, and Kunstpalast, and there’s a good parking garage at the hotel. The staff were also very friendly. Nothing to add.

We were a group celebrating a wedding in Düsseldorf and booked Level Rooms. I found it very pleasant to sit with our friends in the lounge. Our Level Suite was spacious enough and the mattresses were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The shower tiles had mold in some seams, which is unacceptable; we complained and were moved to another room.
