The spot on Ausfallstraße is perfect if you just want to eat and stay; despite the location it’s quiet, you can dine outside on the terrace, and the staff are very helpful with the menu.

We really appreciated the family‑like welcome, especially since one of the two ladies spoke Italian; the rooms had just been refurbished and were delightful, each with its own style, we booked three of them, there’s private on‑site parking, and the restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner, which was nice. On the downside, the lack of an elevator is a bit inconvenient, a buffet breakfast would have been faster, we had to wait a while and most people only got bread with butter and jam, and although it isn’t in the city centre, it’s less than a ten‑minute drive away.

“Very pleasant stay!”

This place feels like an authentic Romanian inn outside Piatra Neamț, in a pleasant rural setting. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff, including the owner, were excellent, going above and beyond to keep us happy. We stayed past the official breakfast end and they kept serving us graciously. The food was excellent, both breakfasts and one dinner, and overall it offered great value. There was no English‑speaking staff at check‑in, but we had a guide/driver who spoke Romanian, so it wasn’t a problem. I mentioned this to the owner and they might adjust it.

This hotel is a true gem, and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the facilities were top-notch, and the food was like something from a fairy tale. We felt like we were in the heart of the culture, and we can't wait to come back.
