The staff are charming and always ready to help. The breakfast is good and the wifi works well. It’s close to one of Ubud’s main streets. The facilities are a bit old‑fashioned. The bathroom didn’t have a divider from the shower area, making it a bit awkward. It’s located in a cul‑de‑sac that can’t be accessed by car.

The hotel sits a short 10‑minute walk from the center, with several cafés, a pharmacy, a shop, and a currency exchange nearby. Because of its location, there’s no noise at all, and the staff are very friendly and polite. Overall, everything was very pleasing.

Location, quiet rooms. Had problems with the electricity for the first two hours (not their fault). The air conditioning is dirty. The rooms are authentic and faded. The breakfast is not good.

The host was friendly and very helpful, but we didn’t receive the room we had booked; they offered an alternative instead.
