La Piazzetta Guest House

It was absolutely right for me. The bus, supermarket and center are within walking distance. The room was wonderful, very clean and had a large roof terrace. I had to update the door settings myself via the internet, so I always kept my phone handy and charged 😃👍.

“Great place for stopover for Olbia airport.”

15 minutes drive to Olbia airport. Great for a layover, walking distance to a great restaurant. Secure car parking in the basement and easy access via the app. No windows in the property. From the patio you can see a recycling centre that was dirty and looked like it’s used by smokers and pigeons. If you’re not tech‑savvy you’ll dislike having to use your phone to open all doors and gates. The blue light from the air conditioner kept waking us up; a cover would help.

“Average place”

The biggest advantage of this place is the parking. The other perk is the café in front of the house. The place was generally clean. The facilities feel a bit outdated—old furniture and a not very welcoming environment. It’s generally expensive for what it offers.

“Environnement particulier. Chambre très propre”

Very clean. The exchanges with the owner were very smooth. Very well organized with a secure website to access the parking and accommodation. The location is among other buildings and the environment does not feel reassuring at all.

“Nel complesso direi bene .”

The private parking with elevator was amazing.
