Rooms offer air conditioning, modern décor, and parquet floors, with some boasting sea views. Free WiFi is available. Loro Parque Zoo and Tenerife North Airport are nearby, with Teide Nature Reserve 37 km away.

The staff were great: the blonde cleaning lady from floor 9 who was a sailor, the young receptionist who was very attentive, and the pool guy who was super friendly and kept the pool area lively. 24‑hour service is a plus and the location is excellent. On the downside, the elevators never worked; waiting up to 10 minutes for one was awful, so we had to use the service elevator, which the cleaning and maintenance staff also needed, and they were sometimes a bit rough. Most were nice, but a few weren’t. The pool loungers and the sponge—having a 4‑star hotel with such poor quality and broken sponges—didn’t help. I probably wouldn’t book again.

The facilities were fine, but the food and drinks were of very low quality, and the pillows were too thin.

The room offered good views and the hotel’s location was great. The food, uncomfortable beds, and shows made it feel like a place that shouldn’t be rated 4 stars.
