Best Western Mineola Inn

“Great stay; great location; friendly staff. We will entertain staying at this hotel again.”

The location was quiet, and the staff were friendly.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always great: the staff are helpful and friendly, the food is good, the place is clean, and it’s wonderful.

“I was t comfortable with the cleanliness of the room so I checked out early, and won’t be back!”

It was convenient to the town I was visiting, but the room was old and needed updates; the shower, tub, and toilet were outdated and showed wear and tear that hadn’t been fixed in years, the shower wasn’t very clean, the comforter had visible stains, and the sheets seemed unwashed, so I decided not to stay the night.

“Overall my stay was good especially after the front desk switched my room.”

The staff were very friendly, but my first room’s bathroom was awful—it looked dirty because of rust.

It was fine. Some tiles were broken and the tub reglaze was coming off. The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good.
