Excellent, and the cooked breakfasts aren’t too big.

We ran into a room issue, but the manager sorted everything out quickly. The food was excellent.

The staff were brilliant and friendly; we came on a Tuesday evening and the pub atmosphere was superb. The meal was first‑class and breakfast matched that quality. The only downside was the noisy water pump; I showered while my wife was still sleeping and the unit to pump the water out made a lot of noise.

The location was mainly quiet, the bed was large and the walk‑in shower comfortable. A few bathroom details had trim and water damage in places.
