“Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, komme wieder”
The view from the room is beautiful, the wellness area lovely, the staff at reception and restaurant exceptionally friendly, it’s a great starting point for hikes, the food tasty, and the ambience pleasant; the sauna opening times are unfortunately a bit short, starting early and staying open longer would be better.

The location is great and the price‑to‑value ratio is superb, but there are few vegetarian options.

The spot right in front of the majestic Ortler offered a breathtaking view. The only downside was that the bottled spring water served at the table wasn’t included in the all‑inclusive rate.

They were helpful and flexible with individual special requests, such as a lunch package; the view from the room was beautiful, the wellness area lovely, the staff at reception and restaurant exceptionally friendly, it was a great starting point for hikes, the food tasty, and the ambience pleasant; the sauna hours were unfortunately quite limited.
The deal we got was an excellent price‑performance mix, the wellness area was superb with everything you could want and even a bar/café attached; the food—from breakfast to dinner—was outstanding, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and accommodated extra requests like a different blanket or pillow. We’ll definitely return.
