The setting was exceptional, the room was large, the bed super comfortable, and the breakfast varied and plentiful. The shower cabin was too small for larger people, and there was nighttime noise from a few trams.

“Posizione dell'Hotel perfetta per visitare la città.”

The room was very spacious but a bit dated; overall the stay was pleasant thanks to the excellent location and friendly staff, and the breakfast was abundant. Parking was offered, but it’s very limited—only up to three small cars can fit.

“A great little hotel for a short stay”

The hotel staff were extremely nice, especially the front‑desk girl, and the location was excellent. The tram outside was quite loud and rattled the room, though it wasn’t constant. The bed had an old mattress and wasn’t very comfortable.

Breakfast was great and the location perfect. The hotel smelled sour, the staff were unhelpful—one young man only said there was no elevator. He wouldn’t help my 70‑year‑old husband with his luggage. With the window open it was hard to sleep because the air‑conditioner was loud until midnight, even though there was a courtyard in front of the balcony. Other guests could have entered with the window open.

“Piacevole”

Staff molto gentile, ottima la colazione, la posizione e il ristorante che merita assolutamente una tappa per cena o un pranzo, super il filetto di Fassona!. Migliorerei le condizioni del bagno che risulta buio e trascurato in manutenzione. Bisognerebbe sostituire i telefoni della doccia, pieni di calcare e l’acqua fatica a uscire. Aggiungerei qualche punto luce e accessorio in più
