“Very disappointed when arrived and almost left from hotel but staffs are very kind and respectful which made me stay”
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, which was conveniently situated for my needs. The staff were extremely polite and respectful, and they even provided a thoughtful packed breakfast for our early morning visit to Barathang Island. However, I was disappointed to find that the rooms didn't match the photos I had seen, and I was particularly upset to discover that there was no swimming pool, despite a previous guest's misleading review.
