The hospitality was good and the hotel is close to the center and the station. The view from my room was disappointing; I kept the curtains closed every day and avoided the balcony because it didn’t feel safe or comfortable.

The room was spacious and tidy. The floor above was noisy.

The location on the shopping street was great, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is near the central station. When we arrived in the room it was cold, and we had to call to raise the thermostat because we couldn’t adjust it ourselves… it’s a bit odd that you have to keep calling whenever it’s too cold or too hot. For a 4‑star hotel this shouldn’t happen.
