Sen Plaza Hotel

The hotel is part of a larger complex with plenty of surrounding space, a tree garden, a walking area, and coffee; the reception staff weren’t very friendly, and breakfast choices were limited to just bún bò Huế and phở bò.

“Great hotel and rooms are very comfy. Pool is not usable and the breakfast inadequate for such a nice hotel.”

The receptionist was very helpful and efficient, yet the public pool required payment, the lessons were full, and we had chosen the hotel for its pool, so that was disappointing; breakfast was also full of meat with no vegetarian options, and we were charged for coffee.

Almost everything was fine, but the only breakfast option was beef noodle soup, which gave no choice; for Europeans who had eaten similar the night before, this was unacceptable, especially since we presumably paid extra for breakfast.
