Đặt phòng cách 1 tháng nhưng gần đến này nhận phòng thì báo tăng giá Phòng không có tủ lạnh nên không cất đồ ăn được, phòng phía trong rất hôi tanh mùi đồ ăn

My family and I went to Ninh Bình during a scorching heatwave; the outdoor air was always damp and sweaty. We arrived at 14:00 for check‑in, but we were still eating and drinking, so we asked the hotel for an early check‑in about an hour earlier. Even though there weren’t enough rooms, the staff were very enthusiastic in helping us. The hotel was clean, close to the old town, and a great choice for accommodation. Thank you, Ninh Bình ^^

I booked a room for 786k, then added another identical room and the staff charged 1.686k for two people, which is 843k per room. I sent a complaint text to the hotel but haven’t heard back. The price difference isn’t huge, but I expect a satisfactory reply. You can’t book at one rate and be charged another.
