Booked for 2 nights 5 months in advance and told h8m I would be checking in late. When I got there the room had been given to someone else, never thought he'd given me the key code that afternoon. Couldn't access the room

Nada. Me tuve que ir a los 10 minutos, todo muy sucio y aunque dice que hay parking es mentira. El servicio mejor no entrar. Tuve que coger otro alojamiento

The location was good, but the room was a mess: rubbish on the floor, an unchanged bed upon arrival, a stinking bin, thick dust, filth, grime everywhere, limescale and stains in the toilet, and a shower that was either cold or scalding hot. I had to wait 50 minutes for someone to open the door, and the Yale lock was very unstable with cracks in the door frame, making me feel unsafe.

The TV was fine, but the reviews are lies; how could this place have a 7 rating? The air conditioning was nonexistent. A fellow guest helped us. She was about to leave for a meal, and she answered the phone and directed us to the room, which was not prepared: the bathroom was dirty with hair from the previous guest. We were scared to enter or shower, and there were no towels. It seemed they didn't know a check‑in was at 15:00. I think people tolerate it and then leave; the guest brought sheets to replace the ones there, but I told her not to worry because I would make the bed. There was no fan, and we were suffocating. We left the next day because a normal person cannot endure such filth and the host's absence. Surreal. It’s the worst place, and being cheap doesn’t justify such mistreatment.

I couldn’t get into the room. I called the owner, who said he was on holiday and that other people at the property would let me in, but no one answered the door. In the end, I had to find another place to stay.
