“Very bad linen, no service, no facilities, no customer support team”
Room was very small, dirty, all the linen had a lot of stains, looks very old and dirty. No staff of hotel listened my request and told that all of their linen invetory were of same condition. No long corridor was there, no proper facilities were there breakfast came in cheap banned black polythene and alot of other complaint have to do. I mailed to refund my money but your cc team denied to do so. So I feel your Fab hotel group will not grow properly with such nad facilities and lack of quality audits and lack of customer service and their query handling.
