The communication during the booking was excellent, the location was perfect, and there were options to access the pool and to park. However, the equipment could have been better; I missed a topińko, and the cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum) were insufficient. The room lighting was poorly chosen, with some fixtures even non‑functional.

The location was very good and the pools were excellent. It was impossible to check in before 4 pm even if the room was ready hours earlier, and no facilities were allowed before 4 pm while waiting for the room, with no place to store luggage. Arriving early left nothing to do, so if you don’t want to waste a whole day, consider staying elsewhere. The bed and pillows were hard, and the unit lacked pool towels that other units had.

The bed was comfortable, but the unit had a strong odor.
