“気持ちよく出張できた”

The room felt very clean and that was a plus, and having a bath area let me soak at leisure, which was really relaxing. When I tried to borrow a soft pillow instead of the standard one, it wasn’t available on the first night—perhaps they limit the supply—but I managed to get one early on the second night and used it then.

The hotel's proximity to the station and the fact that it has an onsen were definite positives for me. The onsen itself was small but clean and comfortable. If they had a hair dryer and a portable charger available, it would have been even better.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, always willing to lend a hand and make you feel welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the onsen was just what I needed on a chilly couple of days. However, I wouldn't bother paying for breakfast - it's not worth the extra cash.

“悔いが残った”

The hotel had some great perks, like a big public bath and coin laundry facilities. However, the card key system was a bit finicky - you had to press it in just right or it wouldn't work. I also had to buy breakfast vouchers because they only gave me one set when I checked in, even though I was staying for two nights. Luckily, they refunded me the extra voucher when I checked out. It would've been nice if they provided a robe in the room.
