“My stay was great. I slept well.”

The place was spotless and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast, though, fell short of my usual expectations: there were no meats or yogurt, and I’d have liked oatmeal too.

The hotel was clean and the young lady who checked us in was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast disappointed me: the eggs tasted bland, the sausage patties were dry and cold, and there was no ketchup for the potatoes. Pancakes were good but only came with syrup; a few extra condiments would have made a big difference for the price.

“I've had better...”

Check in was easy. Coffee was good and available 24 hours. Our room was not the cleanest. Something questionable on the windows, grimy shower floor and broken floor tile. Had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom and no body wash in the shower

“Disappointing”

I generally like Holiday Inn Express, but this stay was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean when I arrived, so I was switched to a smaller bed that was uncomfortable for both me and my partner. The staff had to give us Febreze because the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the heating wasn’t working properly.

“Worse Hotel We've ever stayed at”

We arrived at about 5:30 pm and found the hotel room was not ready yet. We waited until about 7. While we were waiting, we went to the bathroom and they did not have any toilet paper. Once we got our room, it was not very clean, the TV remote was missing, and the bed was uncomfortable. We went to the pool, it was packed, no towels anywhere, and a kid puked in there. We went back to our room immediately
