The hotel sits right in the middle of São Paulo, making it super easy to get around, and the staff were always on hand to help with anything we needed. The room itself was just right for a few days' stay – clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for.

The place is only about a five‑minute walk from the metro, which was a real plus for getting around the city. Unfortunately the apartment feels really dated and the bathroom was noticeably dirty, which made the stay less pleasant.

We liked almost everything about the place: the vibe was calm, the shared space stayed quiet and nobody bothered anyone, and the spot is right in the middle of everything. Everything was easy to understand and use, so we never had to contact anyone for help. The only thing that bugged us was the bathroom window – it had no tint and there was no handheld shower head, so we kept ending up with a hot‑water shower instead of a quick rinse.

Geni was a great host – friendly, quick to greet us, and the location was spot on for what we wanted to see. The downside was the shower barely produced any water and there was only one shared bathroom for everyone, which got a bit cramped.
