The spot was decent. Checking in was a hassle: the lady was almost silent, didn’t tell us where the elevators were or that we’d need our key to get to our floor, and she pointed us to side doors from the parking lot that were locked. When I asked another staff member for help, she was rude and seemed annoyed. On top of that, I got double‑charged for the room. The first call about the extra charge was handled by a short‑skirted lady who said there was no manager on duty and told me to call back. The next day, that same lady was helpful.

No breakfast was offered, and that was the only downside.

The location was great, the place was very clean and modern, and the shuttle was convenient. The front desk clerk had a different idea of how the room was accessed, so we had to walk a long way with a heavy cart to get there – we’re elderly, so a hand would have helped.
