Quiet inside, but the outside was very filthy, which earned a 7.0/10.

“Been from Florida(Hot weather)Decide to spend my birthday in Tennessee for first time”

Front desk and housekeeping were both very helpful and professional, so I gave it a perfect 10.0/10.

“The whole place is excellent!!”

The rooms were so nice ! Exceptional rooms! Very clean. The staff were excellent!. I loved everything about the place except at breakfast there was a lady working and she was pretty nasty with everyone . My dad has dementia and doesn’t do a lot of public things. So I was going to get our breakfast and bring it back to the room. She would not let me and then was going to charge 20 dollars a plate if I did. I just went to Waffle House and got breakfast. Plenty of places close . Everything else was a 10!

“I would love to stay again but the neighbor yelling at midnight at her animals and at 6am again”

Very clean, but you couldn’t take out breakfast and eat outside or in the comfort of your room, so I rated it 6.0/10.
