I can't wait to come back to this place – it feels like an oasis. The décor is beautiful and cozy, the restaurant is top‑tier, and the staff are caring and attentive. The pool is warm, and the dinners are very sophisticated, especially the desserts. There are plenty of walking trails nearby, and the location is convenient.

“Disappointing”

I was extremely disappointed and felt misled. The hotel claims to have a shuttle service that simply doesn’t exist. The rooms look more like a cheap guesthouse than a resort; the mattresses are paper‑thin, outdated, and squeaky. This is far below hotel standards, let alone a spa hotel, and charging such high prices for this level of quality is unacceptable.
