Rooms feature flat‑screen TVs, seating areas, country‑style décor, balconies and Matterhorn views. Buffet breakfast, half‑board dining in a candlelit restaurant, scenic terrace, ski storage, and proximity to Klein Matterhorn cable car (900 m) and Zermatt train station (5 min walk).

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. There was no elevator and no mini fridge.

The hotel is close to the railway station and only a short walk to nice restaurants. There is no lift, so heavy luggage is a problem.

Lovely family run, old swiss chalet style.Easy to find as close to Sunegga lift.About 10 ninutes from the station, just follow the Gornergrat train line to the river and turn ledr.Very comfortable rooms, balcony with valley view, and could see The Matterhorn from the terrasse. VERY REASONABLE Pprice for standard of the rooms in Zermatt. Lots of stairs to our room on 4th floor.Prewarned when booking, and staff happy to help take luggage upstairs

The hotel is well‑located near the train station, and the breakfast was good and varied. The only issue is the lack of an elevator; if you don’t mind climbing stairs you’re fine, but as two seniors we struggled with our suitcase. Other than that, it’s a great hotel. Fully recommend.
