The pool, the room, and the restaurant were all excellent.

The staff and facilities were great; they helped organize any transportation needed and walked us to our room when we arrived at 3 AM. The restaurant was great, and the cocktails were delicious. The jacuzzi did not get warm, but other than that, everything was great.

The place had a lovely atmosphere and a simple design in a genuine eco area, making it a solid base for exploring the region. The staff were wonderful and the food very inventive. On the flip side, I loved everything.

It was the best place to relax and be close to nature; the facility was amazing and the staff were really friendly. We also had the flourish spa treatment and the fine BBQ dinner at the lily pavilion—both the spa and the fine BBQ are some of the top experiences we had in our lives (probably best massage and best dinner ever)! The normal dinner at the Citronella restaurant was really average and not value for money. The bread was stale and hard, and the desserts were below average (we didn’t finish them). The meringues smelled like bad egg, and some staff couldn’t communicate well in English.
