The office was right next to the hotel, and the big shopping mall and restaurants around it were great. The building feels old and could use some refurbishment.

“Great location and deal, but cheap facilities!”

The place was close to where we needed to be for business and the staff were polite and friendly. I booked through an app, but the payment never went through, so I had to pay in cash at the front desk because they wouldn’t accept euros or cards, which was annoying; luckily there were ATMs a block away, so I withdrew cash. The shower in our room flooded into the bathroom and toilet area, and we couldn’t move to a different room until the next day, which was unfortunate, but the staff eventually swapped us rooms after we reported the issue. The duvet was dirty and the sheets had marks on them, which was not pleasant for a hotel guest to see.

“Rooms are smells smokes and sheets not cleaned well, totally disappointed.”

The only good thing was the location. The rooms smelled of smoke and the sheets weren’t cleaned properly, which was a total disappointment.
