The location was great. Close to restaurants, a short drive to the mall for something to do!. Cleanliness of the room! We found previous guests clothing under the couch. The couch didn’t seem to have been cleaned

The sheets hadn’t been changed before my arrival, and I found hair on my pillows; I requested housekeeping to clean while I was away, but nothing was done.

The location was fine, yet the room itself was dirty and the check‑in staff seemed too preoccupied to assist properly.

The room was filthy; when I asked for a different one, that room was even worse.
