Quiet place, the room is small, but everything was clean and comfortable. Hot water is available. 15 minutes on foot to Karoon and Kata beaches. Nearby stores 7/11, Macro, and other delights for leisure. The window isn’t big, I like more light in the room, but some people prefer less light. The room option is good.

The location was spot on, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were quick and professional throughout. I was under the impression that an airport taxi was included on the way back, but it wasn’t, so that expectation was miscommunicated.

The price was among the lowest I’ve seen, and overall the place was fine for sleeping. The cleaning only happened once during the four days, but I didn’t feel like demanding or complaining about how they cleaned, and I thanked them for it.

“Besser als erwartet”

The spot was good and the room we got looked better than the photos; we managed to sleep in a better room that night without any price change because our original room wasn’t ready yet. Unfortunately we didn’t receive water. The bed was fairly cozy, but there was plastic under the sheets that you could hear and notice. At check‑in we were in a different building from where we slept; it was only a few minutes on foot, but the receptionist/manager was already riding a motorcycle ahead of us, and we had to chase after our luggage, which felt a bit odd.

The price was low and the host kept in touch well. The place isn’t the prettiest, but it offers good value for money.
