It’s a quiet spot with a warm welcome from the staff, and the price is reasonable; booking directly with them gives a better rate.

The staff are friendly, but the location feels dated and there’s no elevator for the upper floors, which makes it unsuitable for elderly or disabled guests.

I’m really happy I chose this spot in Siem Reap; the receptionist was always cheerful, the room and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfy, and the balcony view of the resort was stunning; breakfast was excellent with both a buffet and a set menu offering dishes not on the buffet, and the pool was fantastic. The only downside was that the first night I got a room without a balcony because my studio was occupied, but they moved my belongings to the correct room the next day.
