Sleep & Stay

“Wir konnten die ganze Nacht kaum schlafen”

The whole night was unfortunately very noisy; neighbors from other rooms kept going up and down the stairs, constantly disturbing us. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was very cold at night, so we barely slept. We were already awake at 4:30 am.

The booking was smooth and I even left my room key in the designated drop‑box. However, my room (1 on the ground floor) had two windows that both faced the street, and the blinds had fallen down. I managed to hold them up a bit, but fixing broken parts isn’t my job, and it was quite unacceptable.

I got good value for money, but the toilets could be cleaner and the window in my room was hard to close.

“Schlicht und sauber aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend”

The location is great and the room was clean, but there was only one bathroom and toilet for several rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had the biggest room and it was definitely spacious. The bathroom was small but adequate, and the kitchen looked nice. The curtains were on the cabinet, so we tried to hang them ourselves. The ad said smoking and BBQ were allowed on the roof terrace, but when we tried it, a very grumpy guy immediately told us to stop because it wasn’t allowed. The kitchen looks good but you have to wait in line to use it, the same goes for the shower. A real downside is that other guests apparently have trouble cleaning the shower after use for the next person, and the same goes for taking a brush out of the toilet. The walls and floors are paper, so it’s very noisy. The price‑quality ratio is more about quantity than quality, unfortunately.
