La ubicación y la atención en la recepción. Las instalaciones están muy mal estado y sucias: en el lobby las sillas son viejas y sucias. En la habitación no había jabón para las manos, las puertas del cuarto y el tendido de cama estaban manchados, es decir, no completamente blancos. La atención de las personas estuvo bien.

I was happy with the proximity to the places I visited, but it was a bit inconvenient to get to the main entrance.

The room was very comfy and cozy, but the exterior of the hotel walls near all of the windows was dirty, and the hallway paint was scratched; plus, the room was next to a stairway entrance and I couldn't sleep because people kept coming in and out of that door all night.

It was dirty and had a strong antiseptic smell, and it was not maintained.
