The view from the hotel was pretty great, but that's about where the positives ended for me. The staff seemed completely untrained - I sent a message through the booking platform and got no response, and when I arrived, no one was around to help with my luggage. Check-in took ages, with a long line of people waiting, and the reception team spent way too much time asking guests about registering for membership.

This place was a great spot if you're looking for a chill getaway - the location was nice and quiet, and during dinner, there was live music and a cool atmosphere with a great view. I even saw some people surfing on boards. But, the room was a different story - the air conditioning wasn't great, and I had to use a separate heater to deal with the moisture. It made it tough to sleep.

Only downside was the shuttle bus to the train station - there were hardly any options for pick-up times.

The hotel room had a dryer, which was super convenient. However, the carpet was pretty damp, which was a bit gross.

The indoor play area for kids was ridiculously small - not exactly what I'd call a highlight of the hotel.
