“Disappointing”
I didn't get breakfast, and while the hotel looks nice, the beds are awful—completely uncomfortable. Nobody checked on us, and a drunk guy even knocked on the next room because the door wasn’t locked. For safety and comfort, I’d not recommend it 😢

There were cockroaches, it was very noisy at night, not safe, and it’s far from Sun City.
“I don’t think they are fit to be operating”
They let me change the room I was originally assigned to because it had just been freshly painted and the fumes were still strong. The building is still under construction, and I don’t think they should be letting people stay there. There aren’t enough keys to lock the main door, and most doors can’t be locked, which raises major safety concerns. The bedding was dirty and had a certain smell. It’s one house with many rooms, but that wasn’t explained explicitly before booking. The Wi‑Fi worked for a few hours.

We were warmly welcomed by Thato to a very clean place. The staff were helpful all the time, and they fulfilled a special request for an electric blanket. Ntate Mabaso made sure we had a safe stay. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the province.
