The location was great and the room was very spacious.
The location was excellent for what I needed.
“No cumple expectativas”
The location and service were good, and the staff were very friendly, making it seem like the place should be in better condition; however, the facilities were lacking, the room needed a lot of maintenance, the mattresses were horrible, and the furniture was very old and damaged.
“I paid for 8 days and had to leave on the third, with no refund for the remaining days.”
The furniture in the room was old and unusable, the internet connection was terrible—intermittent and impossible to use, the vanity unit leaked so the bathroom floor stayed wet, there was no hot water, and the breakfast was not to my liking.

Inside, it looked like a low‑income favela from Brazil with many tenants, foreigners, and Venezuelans; the staff’s behavior was subtle, and the person who attended us was disparaging and very judgmental.
