The room itself was fine, but the air‑conditioning kept rattling all night, which made it hard to sleep. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but the noise didn’t go away. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the location convenient.

Claudia, the manager, is genuinely a lovely person and she made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were equally attentive, responding quickly to any request we had. It felt like staying with friends rather than just a hotel.

The pictures on the site showed a spacious, modern room, but what we got was a cramped space that looked nothing like the photos. It was disappointing to see such a big gap between what was advertised and what we actually stayed in. I wish they’d be more honest about the room layouts.

Most of the employees were friendly and helpful, which made the stay bearable. Unfortunately, the front‑desk manager was quite rude and the housekeeping was only average, leaving the room looking a bit untidy at times. A better attitude from management would have lifted the whole experience.

The staff here are top‑notch—always smiling, quick to help, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. I felt well looked after from check‑in to check‑out. It’s rare to find such consistent service.
