“Ottima posizione!”

The value for money was great and the room matched the price paid, plus the location was excellent. However, at the payment desk I ended up paying 4 euros extra, which was not explained. I paid by card and wasn’t told the difference between euros and crowns, and booking had indicated that additional charges could apply for some optional fees; I thought it was part of that. Only on the receipt did I see a 4% commission; if I’d been told, I would have paid in crowns and avoided that fee.

The property is a bit far from Nyhavn but close to the famous streets, the train station, and Tivoli. Wifi is available in the room and card‑entry is convenient; the sheets were clean. The downside is that you have to change the sheets yourself and hand them back when you leave. The rooms are small, generally clean, but the shower water has a strong odor when you turn it on, so you can’t wash properly. They allow dogs, so sometimes you hear barking and there were dog droppings and smells in the corridors. Overall, you enter the room with a card like a hotel. The hotel is 1‑2 km from the famous streets; buses don’t accept credit cards, so you’ll need a city pass or walk if you want to shop. It’s very close to Tivoli, which is great for families.

The price‑to‑quality ratio and the location were solid, but the mattress quality was poor and the costs were high.

The location is outstanding, and you can reach the city center on a pleasant walk. The value for money is good. It would be nice to have an extra towel per person.
