Its just on the beach which is generally secluded (though not private) and the sunset views are breath-taking.The food was awesome and the staff super polite, prompt. The archery and shooting coupons are a super bonus. There are dogs on the property which call for your attention 24X7.im a pet lover but rest of family is not.they found it extremely uncomfortable.the dogs sleep right outside the cottage door and follow u everywhere , every time.so scary for those who are pet averse

The location is good. The food is expensive, and they charge 18 % GST instead of 5 % or a cap based on room rent. When I asked, they said they only have one GST number and they take 18 %—the customer is being penalised.

“Place good , further its need improvement on above 5 concers”

Next to the beach. 1. No life guard available 2. Frogs entering in swimming pool 3. No refrigerator available in room nor they serve liquor 4. Above false sealing of Konkan villa some animal was running & scratching through out the night 5. TV not working ( no channel)

The staff were awesome, but the rooms lacked a small fridge for cooling insulin medicines or bottled water or cold drinks.

The location and property were good, yet the room facilities should include a refrigerator, and the breakfast could use more options.
