The service was friendly and family‑like, but it was hard to find the place because it wasn’t signposted.

They treated us very kindly.

The couple who served us were lovely, waiting for us until we arrived. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious with mountain views. The location is badly placed; GPS led us to another hotel. If you think it’s close to Rila Monastery, that’s not true 😅 we had to drive 63 km because it’s on a different mountain.

The rooms were clean, the food tasty, and the staff extremely friendly. There are places to walk in the mountains with short and long hikes.
