“Horrible”

There were stains on the carpet, the room smelled, hair was found in the sheets, the staff had a poor attitude, and the booking listed the hotel as 4 star while it feels more like a 2 star; cleanliness was lacking.

I had no positive moments at all; the place was filthy, and when my friends arrived first they saw hair on the sheets as if they had never been changed.

The breakfast offered a good selection and variety in a very quaint setting, the bedrooms were large, comfortable, and very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was great just off the freeway.

“Good price, good service, good hotel to stay at in Cupertino.”

The breakfast provided a wide selection of fresh foods, the location is easily accessible from freeways and major streets in Cupertino, and after staying at Cupertino Hotel over 16 times I have no complaints.
