“Horrible, do not book this hotel”

I recently made a confirmed booking at this hotel for my elderly parents, but their arrival was met with a shocking discovery: the hotel had no available rooms, despite their valid booking confirmation. The staff claimed another party had reserved multiple rooms, leaving my parents stranded outdoors in the freezing winter night. The lack of accommodation and poor customer service was appalling, and I was deeply concerned by the management's lack of professionalism and ethics.

“Not good”

My recent stay at this hotel was a letdown, especially considering my mother's age and mobility issues. We had to cancel our check-in due to the absence of a lift, which made it difficult for her to navigate the property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations, and unfortunately, it didn't give us the welcoming feeling we were looking for.

I recently had a frustrating experience at a hotel I had booked on the 12th of November. Despite receiving a confirmation, the hotel staff claimed they had no record of my reservation, which was made under my name and that of my companion, Babu Sharma. Thankfully, I was able to secure an alternative booking elsewhere, which allowed me to continue my plans without too much disruption. The initial mix-up was disappointing, but the hotel's inability to honor my reservation was a major letdown.

I recently stayed at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was struck by the attention to detail and the obvious effort that the housekeeping staff had put into keeping the space spotless. The floors, the furniture, and even the bathroom were all immaculately clean, giving me a sense of comfort and relaxation that I hadn't experienced in a long time.
