The staff’s friendliness and willingness stood out the most; cleanliness was excellent, the amenities matched the price, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well functioning; the staircase had little lighting but overall it was a great stay.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated; it had two double beds, paid parking at €8 per day just 2 minutes on foot from the hotel, a strategic spot behind the train station (Amadora–Rossio about 20 minutes for less than €3 per trip), a supermarket on the opposite side of the street, a convenient elevator, and the staff were very cordial and helpful.

I really liked how available the staff were; I checked in with children, managed to order via Uber and they delivered straight to the room; we enjoyed the weekend, they let us warm food in their lounge, and the location was great. I have nothing else to add.
