Some reception staff were helpful, but others were not. A few employees were arrogant, especially at breakfast. The breakfast itself was weak for the price, the crockery was insufficient, and the rooms felt unwelcoming.

The breakfast was pleasant and the staff were friendly, yet the bathroom towels were dirty and the plates at breakfast were also dirty.

It has a convenient location and a parking. The beds are very comfortable, so if you’re looking for a place to stay for a few nights while travelling the area - it’s a great choice, but mind that as it’s located next to the road you’ll always need a car if you like to go to restaurants or cafes in Sintra. There was no water or electric kettle in a room, just a water cooler in the lobby. Only one big towel per person
