“Séjour impeccable, inoubliable pour la deuxième fois in”

I liked everything as usual; it was my second stay, they gave me the same room even though I was offered an upgrade, which I declined. The view is amazing and I’ll return for the attentive hospitality and the flawless overall experience. The bedding is fantastic, the room is very spacious, and the smart bathroom and toilet are perfect. The only thing missing is a chair for us to enjoy the view together, otherwise it’s perfect and I’ll come back! The elevator wait was a bit annoying.

I loved the top notch customer service. The staff really provided luxury customer service. They helped us organize day trips and everything that we needed for the room. They gave local advice and were always responsive and helpful. The room itself was very spacious, quiet, and the views were incredible. The location is perfect. You have to take 2 lifts to get to the hotel, but it wasn't really an issue for us because we planned and made sure to get everything before coming upstairs. We will return to Chongqing just to stay at this place. If they could get some English movies or Miracast screen casting app so that English speakers could have something to watch on the projector
