“Very poor experience and uncomfortable stay with lack of basic hotel amenities.”

The hotel wouldn’t let me check into the property I booked and instead logged me into a different one. The room was cramped and smelled of cigarette smoke even though I had paid for a non‑smoking room. The bed linens were untidy with many stains that weren’t changed after I complained, and I was charged for a water bottle that should have been complimentary. There were no toiletries and the towel was dirty. Overall, a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel again.

“Very bad experience”

I was disappointed from the start: I had booked the O Haven Inn, but they claimed no rooms were available and sent me to a shabby place called O Mohar Kunjha. The bathroom tap was broken, the handle was damaged and wrapped in a plastic bag, the pillows had mold, and the sheets had nasty marks. Ridiculous.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making for a relaxing stay. The only drawback was that slippers and bottled water weren’t provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The property was solid and everything worked well. I stayed for a long time—longer than I’ve ever stayed at any hotel—and it was nice to be there.

The location was good 👍, but the staff were casual, the room was too small, and it wasn’t cleaned to my expectations.
