The location is good, especially for those of us walking along the Via Francigena. The room was poorly lit, the bathroom tiny with a shower stall almost unusable in size, and I had to get out of the shower to retrieve soap. There were hair fragments from old guests on the floor. Overall, cleaning needs a lot of improvement. With several rooms sharing a kitchen and being extremely noisy, people came back at night, were disrespectful, slammed doors, and dragged luggage.

All the facilities are there, and there’s a small fridge inside. The hot water is excellent! There’s no formal breakfast, but coffee, tea bags, and small biscuits are always available. It was a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly, the location convenient, and the organization smooth.
