It’s cute and sits on the sea shore. The staff were very bored, probably exhausted from working all summer. At breakfast they didn’t even have the famous Greek yogurt. Disappointing!

The hotel was very clean and organized, and having a private beach was a plus. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and there was a parking spot right next to the hotel.

The hotel sits a bit outside Chanioti, which is a better spot overall. It’s quiet and free of crowds, yet the village is close enough to visit. The vibe is pleasant, the beach is cool with plenty of space and crystal‑clear water. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially those at the restaurant. Dinner options are amazing and breakfast is decent. Many families with kids, like us, stayed here. The room is nice and can be cleaned daily if requested.

We appreciated the clean, modern look of the hotel and the beautiful, clean sea. However, we paid €2,100 for 7 nights for two adults and a 4‑year‑old child and received a very basic ground‑floor room with terrible sound insulation. We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us, and on one night we had to call the police, along with other guests, because music from a neighboring building was still playing at full volume at 3 a.m. The biggest letdown was breakfast and, with a few exceptions, the staff’s attitude. Breakfast was extremely poor for a 5‑star resort: frozen pastries that were simply baked and served, a few bowls of softened seeds, and only 2–3 types of fruit that were often underripe and practically inedible. The “family plate” each morning consisted of roughly chopped Lidl‑style cucumber, a few tasteless, yellowing tomato slices, eggs (with a choice of how you wanted them prepared 😆), and one small piece of goat cheese for the entire family. If you’re vegan or have an egg allergy, good luck. There was clearly very little understanding or consideration for dietary requirements. I explained several times that I eat plant‑based and asked if they could provide a proper plant‑based breakfast. In response, I was given a small plate of hummus every day, which was apparently considered sufficient. The coffee machine worked perhaps three times during our entire week. When it didn’t work, my husband had to ask for coffee at the bar, and even that became unnecessarily difficult on some occasions. What was particularly frustrating was being told that this was completely normal for a 5‑star resort—as if we had never stayed in a 5‑star hotel before. There were no juices or other soft drinks at breakfast, not even bananas. Plant‑based milk seemed to be completely unknown to them.

The staff were great. The hotel has a private beach and a very pleasant atmosphere. The pool was small and sometimes the water wasn’t warm.
