Ludinz Guest House, Self catering

The neighborhood was just fine, but I ran into cockroaches and the shower was missing a shower head. I nearly slipped after showering, and when I complained, the staff acted like I was overreacting; one cleaner even told me I was always complaining because there were so many issues.

“We have a great time and also the receptionist she was very kind and we enjoyed”

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

“The room and facilities were laughable, and the toilet and shower were nothing g to be admired of.”

Nothing was good, except the location.

“Worst guest house i have EVER seen”

Everything was awful. The management was completely unprofessional and a total disaster. As a performer who relies on reliable lodging, the staff was a clueless idiot who didn’t even offer to call for me. Customer service was terrible; they used R150 airtime and left me without a place to sleep. The property and the management were both horrible.

“Extremely Bad”

After several failed attempts and my own efforts, I had to call the police, who were absolutely amazing and resolved the issue quickly. Communication was terrible and the staff was nowhere to be found. The advertising was misleading, and the staff were rude and disrespectful—this was the managers, not the owner, who was polite and fixed the problem.
