The hotel sits within walking distance of a lake, so on dry, pleasant days you can stretch your legs after arrival. It’s a hunting hotel, so each room’s wardrobe contains a gun safe for long‑range weapons. The rooms are clean, though a bit old‑fashioned in a country‑house style, which isn’t a drawback. Inside the hotel you can buy handcrafted items and game‑meat from the hunts. I bought two glasses of beekeeper honey, honey from the local area.

Good breakfast, nice location and friendly staff. However, there was a kind of party going on with loud music. It was certainly lively but not suitable when you just want to sleep and travel the next day.
