I paid for an apartment but ended up with a regular room. There were a bunch of mix‑ups about what I actually paid for and how many nights, and nobody even said sorry. Nothing else was good. I left feeling disappointed.
Free parking, a pool and hot tub, and a room that’s a decent size. Still, the place feels very spartan, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and it could use a refresh. Overall, the amenities are good but the room itself leaves a lot to be desired.

The room was scorching hot and full of mosquitoes. It was a nightmare trying to sleep. Definitely not worth it.
The room was big and the parking was fine. But the staff were awful, the room was dirty, the drain was bad, and the pool was empty. The tiny jacuzzi even had a chlorine tablet floating in it – not cool. No slippers, and the bathrobes cost extra.
Everything feels like a spider infestation – the hotel is filthy everywhere. The garden is neglected, and the food and drinks are ridiculously pricey. I wouldn’t recommend it.
