The room was small but cozy. The manager kindly drove us to the station in his minibus for free. The restaurant was impeccable with fair prices, and the cheese fondue was excellent. We stayed in a back‑of‑hotel room with a poor view, but it was fine for resting after a long hike.

From the moment we arrived, the family-run hotel felt full of heart and passion. The warm welcome made us feel instantly at home, and we especially appreciated the personal greeting, the friendly welcome note in the room, and the bottle of Bättmer water that was provided. The shuttle service between the hotel and the mountain railway was another big plus, and we were grateful for it. The whole team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, helpful, and always motivated. The location is superb: quiet yet right next to the mountain railways, hiking trails, and other leisure options. The view is simply spectacular. Our room was very clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The rustic style of the house blends coziness with charm and fits perfectly with the alpine surroundings. The breakfast also impressed us, offering a large and varied selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, juices, and coffee. Everything was fresh, lovingly presented, and provided the perfect start to the day. In short, this hotel convinces with its extraordinary hospitality, family atmosphere, dreamy view, comfortable rooms, quiet location, and excellent breakfast. We felt completely at ease and can recommend the hotel without reservation.
