The staff were friendly, but the facilities were awful – the pool was bad and the sauna wasn’t really working. The hotel felt like a cemetery, lifeless and dead.
The staff were cheerful and helpful, and breakfast wasn’t bad. Still, a four‑star hotel should have better rooms and especially bathrooms: 1) the room had no kettle even though there was a coffee pot and cup; 2) an LED lamp suddenly blew out and left a smell; 3) the upper shower head wasn’t working; 4) the toilet was loose.
“Für eine Nacht ok.”
The location and value were good, but the room was outdated and the TV didn’t work.
Nothing good. Everything was a disaster.
If you’re fine with sleeping in an ashtray smell, a gym that opens at 12:00 noon, AC that sounds like a diesel engine, questionable pillow and bed hygiene, then this place might work for you.
